How do I add a video to my storefront?
Upload or import a video in Video Library, then create a Widget, attach the video, and place the widget block in your theme editor.
Which social platforms can I import from?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. Paste the public video URL on the Add Video page.
How do I tag products in a video?
Open the video detail page, click "Tag products", and search for the product you want to link. Viewers can tap the tag to add it to cart.
Why is my video still processing?
Shopify transcodes uploaded videos in the background — this usually takes 1–5 minutes. Refresh the video detail page to check the status.
How do I enable the app embed?
Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and toggle on "Vello – Shoppable Videos". This loads the player once across your entire storefront.
